Operations Manager at Convegenius in Uttar Pradesh, IN

Does working for 150+ million children of Bharat excite you?

Then this opportunity is for you!

About us:

ConveGenius is an impact-first organisation, building platforms and systems for public education and skilling at population scale. We work closely with governments, ecosystem partners, social enterprises, philanthropies and individual & institutional investors, with a goal to deliver the highest return on investment across offerings that improve learning, teaching, and governance.

Unlike traditional ed-tech companies that deliver content, we build infrastructure platforms that integrate deeply into public delivery systems, while enabling our partners to scale their missions with measurable results. Today, we operate across 22+ Indian states, trusted by governments and institutional investors alike, for aligning policy priorities with last mile impact. What started with belief and hope 13 years ago is now backed by evidence.

Our offerings include

• SwiftChat (the platform on which we build with ecosystem partners)
• SwiftPAL - validated by a two-year RCT led by Nobel laureate Prof. Michael Kremer (Development Innovation Lab, University of Chicago), whose team found students gained "almost an additional 2 years of extra learning" in just 17 months
• Swiftee (the AI learning tutor built for Bharat).

Our team comprises of thinkers, builders, innovators, and doers who show up every day with a strong action bias to build for Bharat.
