Position: Senior Finance Analyst – P2P Specialist

Location: Chennai (Perungudi)

Experience: 3 - 5 years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

CTC: ₹5 - 7 lacs Fixed + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

P2P & Accounts Payable: End-to-end PO-GRN-Invoice 3-way matching and invoice accounting Maintain vendor master records, payment terms, and contract schedules. Analyse vendor spend, price movements / supplier price increases, payment commitments and ageing

• Ensure proper travel & employee expense accounting to enable meaningful spend analytics and cost optimization Controls, Accounting & Governance:
• Ensure compliance with P2P approval workflows, delegation of authority and documentation requirements
• Identify process gaps / leakages and drive corrective action Ensure correct GL, cost centre, project and expense classification
• Perform Bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and month-end AP / expense closing

TDS & GST Compliance:

• Independently manage TDS/TCS calculation, deduction, payment/deposit and reconciliations Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and issue TDS certificates within statutory timelines Manage GST activities including GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC validation and reconciliation, vendor follow-up and preparation / filing support for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monitor vendor GST compliance, e-invoicing and e-way bill requirements

ERP & Automation:

• Drive ERP/process improvements and workflow automation across P2P Identify repetitive finance activities that can be automated using AI and other automation tools Improve data quality, reporting and dashboards to support better financial and business decisions

What we are looking for:

✔ Strong accounting, P2P, GST & TDS knowledge

✔ Hands-on ERP experience - NetSuite / SAP / Oracle preferred

✔ Strong Excel, reconciliation and analytical skills

✔ Ability to understand commercial and procurement issues, not just process transactions

✔ Proactive approach to automation, AI and process improvement

✔ High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

In short, we are looking for someone who can run, control, analyse and continuously improve the P2P process.

Notice Period : 1 month / immediate joiners.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
