Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable clothing, sizes, colors, and styles.
Explain product features, prices, promotions, and offers.
Assist customers with fitting, product selection, and purchase decisions.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
Ensure clothing racks, shelves, and fitting areas are clean and well presented.
Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
Support stock receiving, checking, labeling, and replenishment.
Monitor product availability and inform supervisors about low-stock items.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Promote special offers and new collections.
Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, clothing, or customer service is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work toward sales targets.
Basic knowledge of clothing, fashion, sizes, and fabrics is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Good English and Arabic communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
