BMCS + Building Services Engineer /… at Confidential · Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMCS) and Building Services professional who understands the relationship between building performance, occupant comfort, building services, and BMS operation.

The successful candidate must be able to assess how a building performs and understand how the BMS should monitor, control, and respond to building conditions to achieve the required levels of comfort, operational efficiency, and performance.

This role is suited to a technically competent professional who can work independently, analyse building performance issues, and contribute to technical assessments and recommendations.

Key Requirements

• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering and/or Building Management Systems (BMCS).
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building services and BMS.
• Technical understanding: Ability to relate building performance and occupant comfort to BMS monitoring, control strategies, system responses, and performance outcomes.
• Communication: Good spoken and written English, including reading and technical report writing.
• Location: Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.- Working arrangements: Able to work primarily online from home, with flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and holidays. Engagement Details- Casual, part-time engagement.
• Approximately 30 hours per month.

Flexible working hours, with most work undertaken remotely.
