Recruiter (US Healthcare) | URGENT HIRING at Comrise in Quezon City

Job Overview

Risewave Consulting is looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare accounts and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite at UP Technohub, Quezon City on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates
• Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, ATS, LinkedIn) to build a strong healthcare candidate pipeline
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on US healthcare industry hiring trends, compliance, and credentialing requirements

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter handling US Healthcare accounts (RN, LVN, Medical Coders, Healthcare Customer Service, or similar roles)
• Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment processes, terminologies, and compliance standards is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Amenable to a night shift or US business hours schedule (if applicable)
