The Role

As a Couples Counselor and Therapist, you’ll help couples build stronger, healthier relationships. You’ll work with partners on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy. You’ll also see individual clients one-on-one. We look for clinicians with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

With a steady flow of referrals, this position lets you build a full client load quickly, with base pay while you build. You set your own session times. A full-time caseload at Colorado Women’s Center is 23–25 client sessions a week, and our referral flow helps clinicians get there quickly.

Our specialties include anxiety, work-life balance, depression, relationships, attachment issues, trauma, self-esteem, body image, social media addiction, couples counseling, and EMDR. Our clients come to us at every stage of life, from teens and young adults to midlife and seniors. Our therapists are trained in a range of modalities, including EMDR, Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy.

Our Commitment to Female Empowerment

Colorado Women’s Center helps women of all ages find self-acceptance through therapy and counseling, drawing on the example of women such as Brené Brown, Oprah, and Michelle Obama. This is an opportunity to join a growing mental health practice with a culture rooted in a clear purpose: helping women see what’s possible and giving them the tools to get there. Our therapists and staff share that commitment. The response to our mission has fueled our growth, and we now have offices in Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins, Broomfield, and Longmont, and provide online therapy to clients across Colorado.
