Roving Merchandiser at COBANKIAT HARDWARE INC. in Binondo

► Execute visual merchandising guidelines across assigned stores and Caravan Event locations while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
► Set up, organize, and maintain visually appealing product displays and clean counters at the start and end of each workday.
► Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain adequate display stocks and ensure timely delivery of customer purchases.
► Monitor display materials and recommend replacements, repairs, or updates when needed.
► Represent the company and its brands professionally during Caravan Events and in major retail chains.
► Engage customers, identify their needs, demonstrate product features and benefits, answer inquiries, and provide courteous service.
► Promote and sell company products, achieve daily sales targets, and support product launches and new store openings.
► Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records and submit daily sales reports to management.
► Track display effectiveness using available sales and merchandising metrics and recommend improvements.
► Address display concerns, customer feedback, and team-performance issues promptly with the Team Lead or immediate superior.
► Maintain a safe, clean, and organized display area in accordance with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
► In the absence of Caravan Events, assist the Field Sales Coordinator with area-specific merchandising and sales-support tasks.
► Perform other reasonable duties assigned by managers or executives that support the role and company objectives.

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
