Performance Marketing Specialist at Cloudevo · Municipal…

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our performance marketing team and own paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients spanning lead generation and e-commerce, planning media across channels, turning budgets into measurable results, and translating data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple paid channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and at least one of TikTok, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Advertising.

• Run Google Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube.

• Manage paid social campaigns end to end: audience strategy, creative testing, budget scaling, and full-funnel structure.

• Run programmatic display and video through DV360, The Trade Desk, or other DSPs where relevant.

• Build cross-channel media plans and allocate budget based on performance, not channel bias.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience building (first-party, custom, lookalike, in-market, remarketing).

• Own budgets and pacing across channels, focusing on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and POAS.

• Develop and test ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, audiences, and account structures per channel.

• Manage product feeds and Google Merchant Center for Shopping and PMax (feed hygiene, disapprovals, custom labels).

• Set up and QA conversion tracking, UTM taxonomy, and attribution across channels, working with GA4 and GTM (client-side and, ideally, server-side).

• Ensure tracking respects Consent Mode v2 and Meta CAPI / server-side event flows where needed, in line with privacy/GDPR requirements.

• Analyze cross-channel data and build clear reports and dashboards with actionable insights (Looker Studio).

• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to improve creatives, landing pages, and CRO.

• Stay current with platform updates, betas, advertising trends, and industry best practices.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with real budget responsibility.

• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, plus proven experience running paid campaigns on at least one other major channel (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Ads).

• Solid experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization across channels.

• Experience managing both lead generation and conversion/e-commerce campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations (comfortable in Excel/Sheets, pivot tables).

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent Greek and strong English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a digital agency or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience across three or more paid channels.
• Programmatic experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.
• Looker Studio dashboard building and familiarity with connectors like Windsor.ai or Supermetrics.
• Server-side GTM, Consent Mode v2, and Meta CAPI implementation.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/lead-flow tools.
• E-commerce and Google Merchant Center / feed management experience.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics certifications.
