Frontend Developer at CLIQHR… · Chennai

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 2+ years of experience to build next-generation 3D and Digital Twin platforms for industrial and simulation-based applications. The role involves developing real-time 3D interfaces using WebGPU, WebGL, Three.js, React Three Fiber (R3F), and React, while also working on rendering architecture, reusable component systems, design systems, documentation, and packaging. The ideal candidate should have strong systems-level frontend skills and be comfortable working across UI architecture, 3D rendering, developer experience, and scalable component distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build real-time 3D interfaces using WebGPU, WebGL, Three.js, React, and React Three Fiber (R3F)
• Develop interactive 3D tools and optimize rendering performance for complex scenes
• Work with camera systems, lighting, scene management, and 3D transformations
• Work with React Reconciler to build or extend custom rendering pipelines
• Design scalable rendering architecture for simulation and Digital Twin applications
• Build reusable UI components and maintain component-driven design systems
• Develop and maintain Storybook-based component documentation
• Create end-to-end product documentation, component usage guides, feature workflows, and integration documentation
• Package reusable components using npm and modular architecture
• Work with Vite, Rollup, Webpack, and semantic versioning (SemVer)
• Enable cross-project component consumption and automate package publishing through CI/CD
• Contribute to multi-application UI architecture and developer experience

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Development
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• Strong experience with React
• Hands-on experience with WebGPU, WebGL, Three.js, and React Three Fiber (R3F)
• Experience with React Reconciler, custom renderers, or React internals
• Strong understanding of 3D concepts including scene graphs, transforms, cameras, and lighting
• Experience building component libraries and design systems
• Hands-on experience with Storybook
• Knowledge of npm, modular architecture, bundlers, and package management
• Experience with Vite, Rollup, or Webpack
• Ability to create and maintain complete technical and product documentation
• Good understanding of frontend performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
• Good to have: Bit.Dev, Micro-frontends, Monorepo architecture, GLTF/3D asset pipelines, Digital Twin, or simulation platforms
