Field Engineer at Click Group in Cairo

We're Hiring: Field Engineer

Cairo, Egypt | Travel Required

Click ITS is looking for a Field Engineer to join our Technical Services team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for customer environments.
Troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, and IT hardware.
Install and support network devices, structured cabling, and connectivity solutions.
Support CCTV and IP surveillance systems.
Prepare technical reports and service documentation.
Travel to customer sites across Cairo and other governorates when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware.
Experience in IT Support, Field Services, or Technical Maintenance.
Knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
CCTV/IP Camera experience is a plus.
Good communication skills and Good to Excellent English.
Willingness to travel.
