Digital Marketing Expert (Google & LinkedIn Ads) at CIED… · Ernakulam

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing expert who can independently plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive a qualified pipeline for our B2B SaaS platform. This is a performance-focused role: you'll own campaign strategy, budget allocation, targeting, creative testing, and reporting, working closely with our sales and content teams to turn ad spend into demo requests and sales-qualified leads.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) targeting B2B buyers in food, ingredients, and supply chain
• Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms) targeting specific job titles, industries, and company segments (ABM-style targeting)
• Own keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy across both platforms
• Continuously test ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead
• Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets, reporting on spend efficiency and ROI
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, UTM structure, and attribution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and our CRM/analytics stack
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended next steps, not just raw numbers
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on messaging, offers, and audience insights drawn from campaign data
• Stay current on platform updates (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads policy/feature changes) and apply relevant changes proactively

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ideally in a B2B/SaaS context
• Proven track record of managing ad budgets and improving cost per lead/cost per acquisition over time
• Strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics — MQLs, SQLs, cost per opportunity — and how ad performance ties back to pipeline, not just clicks
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager targeting features (job function, seniority, company size, ABM lists)
• Comfortable with A/B testing methodology for ad copy, creative, and landing pages
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable building and reading reports in Excel/Google Sheets or a BI tool
• Excellent written English for ad copy and reporting
• Google Ads certification is a plus; LinkedIn Marketing Labs certification is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to food, ingredients, life sciences, or supply chain/compliance buyers in Europe
• Experience with Pipedrive, Apollo, or similar CRM/outreach tools
• Familiarity with SEO and organic LinkedIn content as a complement to paid

What we offer

• A chance to shape the paid marketing engine of a fast-growing agentic AI platform from an early stage
• Direct collaboration with the founding and sales team — your work goes straight into pipeline, not through layers of approval
• Competitive compensation based on experience

To apply: Send your resume along with 2–3 examples of past campaigns you've run (platform, budget range, and the results you drove)

Location: Remote (India)
