Asst. Maintenance Tech

Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team at Evergreen at Mesquite, a 200-unit Senior Living Community. This is a full-time role where you’ll support the Lead Maintenance Technician while helping keep resident apartments and community spaces safe, clean, and running smoothly.

You’ll assist with a variety of maintenance needs, including apartment maintenance support, building exterior and common area upkeep (like picking up trash and maintaining clean hallways), and helping complete daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks. You’ll also help ensure apartment make-readies are completed on time and in line with company procedures and policies.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years of prior apartment maintenance experience
• Experience with painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
• EPA certification required; CPO certification preferred
• Ability to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description
