BUSINESS OFFICE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Office Coordinator to support the daily administrative and financial operations of our skilled nursing center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support daily business office operations and administrative functions.
• Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Maintain resident financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable, cash handling, and office financial processes.
• Support resident trust fund administration.
• Coordinate mail distribution and office correspondence.
• Partner with centralized billing and revenue cycle teams.
• Assist facility leadership with reporting and administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
• Prior healthcare/business office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software.
