Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to help deliver an unparalleled client experience - Play a critical role in the operational success of the local Schwab branch - Support clients with their needs and inquiries - Work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously - Build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry - While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses - Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously - Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships - Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts - May be asked to become a Notary Required Skills: Financial Services Experience, Series 7 License, Series 63/66 License Important Skills: Brokerage Regulations Knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Client Relationship Management, Tact, Diplomacy, Notary Certification Benefits: Eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
