Job Description

At Champagne Glass & Door, we’re not just installing glass — we’re crafting spaces that stand out. From high-end custom glasswork to large-scale commercial projects, we’ve built our reputation on quality, precision, and pride in our work. Every pane, every frame, every install reflects our promise: no compromises, just craftsmanship.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a General Labourer Glazier who wants to be part of that vision. This role is hands-on, physical, and rewarding — perfect for someone who wants a trade with a future, not just another job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely load, unload, and move glass, aluminum, and materials in the shop and on-site.
• Help prep sites with scaffolding, ladders, and tools before installation begins.
• Assist glaziers with installing panes, doors, frames, curtain walls, mirrors, and more.
• Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements — because nothing comes before safety.
• Keep worksites and the shop clean, organized, and hazard-free.

What We’re Looking For

• You can lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs).
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong eye for detail and safety awareness.
• Team player who follows directions and gets along well with others.
• Professional and respectful with co-workers and clients.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record (mandatory).
• Experience in construction or glazing is a plus — but we’ll train the right person.

Skills & Attitude That Make You Stand Out

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Eager to learn glazing trade skills and grow with us.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute to team success.

Why Join Us?

You won’t just be another worker — you’ll be part of a close-knit crew that takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and doing the job right. This is an opportunity to build real skills in a growing trade, with room to advance.
