Job Description
Summary: CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions and is seeking an IT Service Operations and Support Administrator. This role involves overseeing customer service operations and managing IT systems to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to meet operational needs
- Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Support facility-specific applications and systems as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
