Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Canopy Café and Bar team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key. What you'll be doing

Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours

Part-time contract You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
