Territory Sales Manager

Summary: Celsius Holdings, Inc. is a global CPG company known for its innovative energy brands. The Territory Sales Manager will drive regional retail sales execution, cultivate distributor partnerships, and enhance brand presence in various channels through a results-driven approach. Responsibilities: - Drive Celsius "perfect store" execution, expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity - Execute brand strategy across retail locations within assigned territory - Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application - Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls - Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager - Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and outline goals - Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs Required Qualifications: - Experience: 1+ years in consumer goods sales, preferably in beverage, distributor sales, or related industries - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required - Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR screening - Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset - Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to deliver presentations and engage large peer groups - Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems Required Skills: Consumer goods sales, CPG sales execution Important Skills: CRM tools familiarity, Business acumen Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer engagement, Verbal communication, Written communication, Presentation skills Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits, Long- and short-term disability, Life insurance, 10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy, 11 Company paid holidays, 401(k) with Company match, Identity theft and legal services
