Inside Sales - Family Service Advisor at Catholic… · Los Altos

• Live your faith, not just clock in. Join an organization built on Catholic values, where you're seen as a missionary disciple — someone placed at the threshold where human grief meets divine mercy.
• Guide families, don't just sell to them. Through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, you'll walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options — accompaniment first, arrangement second.
• Own your success. You're never doing it alone. Work autonomously and build your own path forward, backed by a team that forms and sustains you along the way.
• No two days the same, because no two family experiences are the same. From arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach, you'll be present across the full arc of a family's journey, in a dynamic, fast-paced role.

Alba means dawn: the hour when grief gives way to hope. Alba is a Catholic apostolate that partners with dioceses to accompany families through grief with the Church’s hope in the Resurrection. For more than 20 years, we have cared for sacred ground and strengthened diocesan funeral and cemetery ministry, bringing operational excellence and a ministry mindset together.

Every member of our team serves inside that mission. We offer a faith-filled community and the tools to help you grow in your role and in service to families.

Our work is grounded in our Core Values: Share the Journey, Serve with Care, and Make It Happen.
