Site Project Manager Construction Civil at CAPITAL… · Islamabad

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead building and infrastructure projects from mobilisation to handover. This role is part of Capital Group and may support projects and companies across the group as business needs require.

Responsibilities

· Lead the project team, subcontractors and site staff

· Plan and control the programme, budget and cash flow

· Coordinate with the client, consultant and authorities

· Track progress, cost and quality, and report to management

· Manage risks, variations and claims

· Ensure safe working and timely handover of completed works

Requirements

· B.Sc Civil Engineering, PEC registered

· 12+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years as Project Manager

· Experience on defence or government projects

· Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project

· Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
