Responsibilities:
- Respond timely and accurately to client inquiries and process requests, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Research client issues and resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching answers; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Write and maintain articles, internal reference documents, and email correspondence on various Administration /Human Resources related topics
- Participate in various projects to meet program goals
- Lead presentations to new State Fund employees
- Provide input on ways to increase efficiencies and effectively meet our client needs
- Provide quality and conscientious client service
- Communicate professionally and effectively

- Ensure strict confidentiality of all work and information, based on company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in California upon appointment
- Must provide a fully completed STD 678 application, resume, and statement of qualifications
- Must include duties performed, start and end dates, and hours worked per week for each position held in the STD 678 application
- Must respond to the Statement of Qualifications question in no more than two pages
- Must describe a client inquiry resolved that required strong critical thinking and a thoughtful customer service approach
- Must provide a supervisor and a reference who can verify the experience
- Must submit a current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 or the Electronic State Employment Application
- Must include all experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification
