Summary: Burt's Media Services is seeking a Shreditor, a unique role that blends videography and content creation. The ideal candidate will embed with clients to capture spontaneous moments and spend time editing that footage into engaging content.

Responsibilities:
- Embed with a client roughly three days a week — in meetings, on the road, at events, and in the in-between moments — to capture the content that can't be scripted or scheduled
- Read the room: know when to grab a quick phone clip versus when to slow down and shoot something more cinematic
- Recognize a good moment as it's happening and, when needed, jump in to capture it ("Say that one more time")
- Spend the other two days a week editing and shaping raw footage into founder stories, behind-the-scenes content, mini-documentaries, quick insights, and short-form clips
- Travel as needed to be wherever the client and the moment are
- Experiment with new formats and get sharper, faster, week over week

Required Qualifications:
- Must be local to Raleigh, NC
- Early in your career and hungry to get better fast
- Curious and observant
- Comfortable shooting and editing
- Comfortable paying attention
- Excited by travel, unpredictable schedules, and learning by doing
- Instincts, curiosity, and reel matter more than résumé
