Role Overview
We want individuals with an engineer mindset: continuous life learners driven by curiosity, structured systems thinking, and analytical problem-solving to turn complex live challenges into repeatable, scalable realities. The Marketing Operations Coordinator owns day-to-day marketing operations, from content creation to system building, across social, website, portfolio and outreach. The Coordinator does not own brand strategy, paid media buying or creative direction, and partners closely with project, creative and leadership teams to identify and shape the studio's stories. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working independently and building momentum without needing constant direction.
