Service Manager at Bretz RV & Marine in Billings, MT

Location: Billings, MT
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 Annually
Relocation Assistance: May be available

At Bretz RV & Marine, we believe that outdoor adventures bring families together and create memories that last a lifetime—whether it’s a weekend getaway to the lake, a cross-country road trip, or an off-grid camping trip in the mountains.

When a customer brings their RV or boat to us, they aren't just dropping off a piece of equipment—they’re entrusting us with their vacations, their family investments, and their freedom to explore. Our service department exists to keep that promise alive. Our service managers don't just manage repair orders; they lead the team that gets families back on the road safely, with confidence and peace of mind.

Billings is home to the largest RV service operations in Montana, with over 40,000 square feet of shop space, 35 high-capacity service bays, and a custom 55-foot full downdraft paint booth. From routine maintenance and complex repairs to high-end custom paint jobs on large motorhomes (and the occasional specialized aircraft or helicopter project), our team handles work on a scale few shops ever see.

Running a facility of this size requires real leadership, clear accountability, and a team-first mindset. We don't require previous RV industry experience - we hire proven leaders. If you know how to build a strong culture, take care of your people, keep a big shop flowing, and take extreme ownership of results, you will thrive here.
