SPECIALIST, INVESTOR SERVICES OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE Location: Boston, MA, United States We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative to join our team. This role is located in Westborough, MA / Boston, MA ( 4 days in office expectation).   In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines • Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities • Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous • 0-5 years of experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
