They are seeking a QA Tester to help maintain quality across their game, Dandy's World, by identifying and documenting bugs and collaborating with the development team. Responsibilities: - Play builds of Dandy's World and systematically identify, reproduce, and document bugs - Write clear, detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and severity - Assist in organizing and managing QA workflows, including tagging, tracking, and triaging issues - Coordinate QA with production/design, engineers, artists, and animators - Help set up and maintain bug reporting infrastructure for internal and external bugs - Support release testing for updates on a rapid cadence - Available for team calls as needed and to monitor live player feedback on release days - Provide feedback on new content to help balance gameplay and implement polish Required Qualifications: - You play Dandy's World and know the game. If you know what solar kiting is, we want to talk to you :) - Motivated self-starter who is eager to learn - Extremely detail-oriented and organized - Strong written communication skills: your bug reports should be succinct and clear enough that an engineer can reproduce the issue without asking follow-up questions - Comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team on US hours Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Roblox Studio (navigating builds, tagging objects, workspace & folder organization) - Experience with bug tracking & organizational tools (Trello, Notion, or similar) - Prior QA experience in other Roblox games - Active in the Roblox development community or aspiring to become a developer - Experience in the mascot horror genre Required Skills: Dandy's World gameplay knowledge, Bug reporting, QA workflows, Roblox Studio, Bug tracking tools, Motivated self-starter
