Internship Program - Quality

Summary: Blue Ventis is an HR consultancy firm, and they are seeking an intern for their Quality program. This role focuses on job shadowing, supporting quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities: - Job shadow and work alongside the employees on the functional teams - This plant level role will focus on ensuring that plant production processes deliver optimal quality food products for customers - Support oversight of quality control measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards (like HACCP and GMP) - Actively live the values of Courage, Ownership, Inclusiveness, Open-mindedness, & Enterprising Spirit Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university, in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or any other Engineering related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027 - Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization - Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. - Sponsorships will not be provided for early career roles now or in the future - Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures - All candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for this internship opportunity - Ability to prioritize and manage different projects - Demonstrated problem solving ability - Strong technical skills Required Skills: Engineering degree Important Skills: Technical skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem solving Nice-to-Have Skills: Project management
