They are actively looking for an entry level Business Development Analyst/Intern to collaborate with the leadership team in developing and prioritizing business strategies, while supporting the lifecycle of new initiatives and contributing to identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the leadership team in the development, analysis, and prioritization of business strategies - Provide recommendations to leadership on enhancing collaboration within the organization - Plan, coordinate, and maintain focused meetings, ensuring documentation and follow-up on action items - Offer tactical support to facilitate the implementation of new ideas - Work closely with leadership to ensure the delivery, monitoring, and communication of progress towards established goals - Support the entire lifecycle of new initiatives, from ideation through implementation and ongoing monitoring - Contribute to identifying and capturing new business opportunities - Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and meeting minute documentation, as required - Assist in monitoring and providing advice on key performance metrics (KPIs) Required Qualifications: - Familiarity with data gathering and research for data entry and analysis - Proficiency with common tool suites, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Atlassian, etc - Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to tackle challenges - A self-starter attitude, demonstrating a proactive approach to personal and professional growth - Any prior experience in a client-facing role or positions involving customer service will be advantageous - Comfortable with financials and developing Excel templates Required Skills: Data gathering, Data analysis, Microsoft Office, Excel, Atlassian, Financial analysis, Client-facing experience, Self-starter attitude, Comfort with ambiguity
