Summary: Blain's Farm & Fleet is a family-owned retailer offering career growth, employee benefits, and a positive work environment. The Carts and Carry-Out Associate assists with incoming freight, retrieves and returns shopping carts, loads purchases into customer vehicles, maintains the parking and cart areas, and supports other store departments as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service, greeting and thanking the customer
- Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot and return to store
- Load purchased goods into customer vehicles
- Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area
- Help in other departments as assigned
- Store maintenance as needed
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Great communication skills
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Retail experience preferred
