About This Opportunity

Our client is a growing outsourced sales and marketing company operating across London, representing recognised fundraising/non-profit brands through face-to-face residential campaigns. They're looking for confident, motivated people to join a social, energetic and supportive team where personality and attitude matter more than previous experience.

No previous sales experience is required. Virtual client training is available from the start, alongside invitations to regular upskilling sessions and practical on-the-job learning and guidance while working out in the field.

• Availability: Full-Time Equivalent availability, Monday to Friday.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with members of the public face-to-face.

• Background: Experience in retail, hospitality, bar work or customer service may provide useful transferable skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent recognised fundraising organisations through face-to-face residential campaigns across London.
• Engage with members of the public, build rapport and provide clear information about the campaigns you represent.
• Support customer acquisition while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Take part in virtual client training and invitations to regular upskilling sessions.
• Gain practical experience through on-the-job learning and guidance in the field.

Please Note

Successful applicants join our client on a subcontracted basis. Earnings are performance-based and may include a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), which is a fixed payment for completing agreed brand awareness activity, alongside uncapped commission and performance incentives. Earnings are settled weekly. You will be responsible for managing your own Tax and National Insurance (guidance can be given).

Pay: £490.00-£625.00 per week
