Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to generate sales while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Own Visa holders preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
