CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
Be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of B2B brands, typically software and AI companies.
Build trusted relationships with mid and senior level clients; manage expectations, flag risks and recommend solutions.

Run campaigns end to end: creator identification and casting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, publishing and reporting.
Cast creators who are credible to a professional audience: operators, founders, executives and practitioners.
Write clear creator briefs with all mandatories and get client and legal sign-off.
Review content against brief, brand guidelines and disclosure rules; manage revisions with creators.
Own content calendars and timelines; plan for delays before they happen.
Build post-campaign reports with accurate data, analysis and recommendations.
FINANCIALS & CONTRACTING
Manage campaign budgets, creator fees and reconciliation.
Make sure creator contracts and costs are approved before work starts.
Keep trackers, contracts and Companion current.
TEAM
Mentor account executives and support their development.
Manage upward: keep leadership aware of status, risks and performance.
Job Specification
Experience & Skills
4+ years in account management at an agency or brand, with end-to-end creator or social campaign experience.
B2B or LinkedIn experience strongly preferred. Interest in how professionals build audiences and influence buying decisions.
Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns without dropping details.
Confident negotiator with working knowledge of creator contracts, usage and exclusivity.
Strong writer and communicator. Proficient in Google Workspace.
Self-starter who thrives on a small, fast-growing team.
