Big Boss Events is looking for reliable, hands-on Production Staff to join our growing team.

The role will involve working across college balls, corporate events, festivals, council events, racecourses and large-scale productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and dismantling sound and lighting equipment
• Operating sound and lighting during events
• Loading, unloading and transporting equipment
• Driving production vans to and from venues
• Working as part of a busy production team
• Assisting with general event production and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Qualified/experienced in sound and lighting
• Full driving licence and able to drive a van
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, pull and drag equipment
• Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and unsociable hours
• Previous live event/production experience is highly desirable

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced events environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of production.

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
