Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processing using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and resolving issues promptly through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain guest records, update reservation details, and support night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff
- Assist General Manager with light weekly and monthly Administrative duties
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and client communication
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) is essential
- Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management best practices
- Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest services in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Experience in resort settings or properties with extensive guest interaction will be considered a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
