Job Description
Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio & PMO Transformation Lead for a 6-month contract. In this strategic role, you will lead the transformation of our portfolio and PMO functions, driving improvements in governance, project execution, and portfolio management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of portfolio and PMO transformation initiatives
- Develop and enforce best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks for portfolio and project management
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align portfolio activities with strategic goals
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery performance and portfolio reporting
- Manage change and communicate transformation progress to relevant stakeholders
- Coach and mentor PMO team members to enhance capabilities and performance
Consultant setup
- Consultant must be based in Denmark and able to be present in the office
We are open to:
1 full‑time consultant with broad portfolio / transformation experience, or
2 part‑time consultants, combining:
Strong portfolio management / PMO / transformation experience
Supporting experience with portfolio or delivery tools
Must have experience
- Portfolio management in complex organisations with transformations, projects, development, and operations running in parallel
- Experience establishing or strengthening PMO / TMO or portfolio governance
- Experience from regulated environments (banking, pension, financial services)
- Ability to translate governance and portfolio needs into pragmatic processes and tool usage (tool agnostic mindset)
