Position – Assisted Living Houskeeper
Location: Bell Tower Residence – Merrill, WI (On-site)
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Days (7:30am-4:00pm) Approximately one weekend per month and one holiday a year - we want to work with your schedule
Job Summary:
A Housekeeper at Bell Tower Residence is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will maintain the facility in a clean, orderly, sanitary and safe condition. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.
Compensation:
- $15.00 - $18.15 per hour dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of housekeeping duties throughout the facility, such as but not limited to, dusting furniture, vacuuming, cleaning and scrubbing floors, cleaning blinds, keeping bathrooms clean and sanitary
- Keeping furniture clean and immediately reports items needing repair and safety issues to the coordinator.
- Folds and distributes clean linens as needed.
- Keeps department director informed of needed cleaning, laundry and paper supplies.
- Keeps work areas, work carts and storage areas neat and orderly.
- Assists in maintaining an environment that is in compliance with Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
- Documents work records in an accurate and timely manner according to the policy and procedure of Bell Tower Residence.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting
