About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to join our Berlin office and own the Company’s global marketing engine. This role is about two things at once: winning new customers, and making our existing customers feel genuinely valued, engaged and excited to grow with Beam.

You’ll own everything that turns a customer relationship into a lasting partnership—from thoughtful, personal touchpoints to customer events, roundtables and co-marketing with the companies we work with. At the same time, you’ll turn those relationships into stories, references and momentum that bring new customers through the door.

You’ll work closely with our founders, sales, solutions and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Beam’s marketing programme: engagement, advocacy, references, case studies and customer stories

• Plan and execute events that matter: executive roundtables, customer gatherings, joint events with customers and partners, and Beam’s presence at selected industry events

• Impact prospect/customer touchpoints across the lifecycle, from onboarding and milestone moments to recurring engagement initiatives, so every customer feels personally looked after

• Turn customer wins into marketing assets: case studies, testimonials, video stories, LinkedIn content and sales collateral

• Run field and account-based marketing campaigns with sales to generate pipeline with new target accounts

• Design and run signal-based outbound campaigns: decide which signals matter and what message and offer fit each one, then work with our GTM engineers to implement, and sales to action them in market

• Work hand in hand with our GTM engineering team, who builds and runs the systems behind these campaigns.

• Set up co-marketing initiatives with customers and partners (joint webinars, PR, speaking slots, content)

• Track what works: measure engagement, pipeline influenced, expansion revenue and event ROI, and double down on the winners

• Use the AI tools and agents we run across Beam to move faster, from personalisation at scale to content production and event operations

• 4+ years experience in customer marketing, field/event marketing, lifecycle marketing or a hybrid marketing/customer success role in B2B tech, SaaS or a fast-growing startup.

• Planned and run customer events end to end, from small executive formats to larger joint events.

• Understands B2B customer relationships and how marketing can drive both new business and expansion.

• Highly organised, detail-obsessed and able to juggle many projects at once without dropping the ball.

• Excellent taste and a strong sense for what makes a customer experience feel personal and memorable.

• Natural relationship builder, comfortable around senior customer stakeholders and executives.

• Takes ownership and gets things done without needing a large team or a big budget.

• Genuinely excited by AI and how it can change the way marketing work gets done.

Nice to Have

• Have worked in an enterprise SaaS or AI company selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in DACH.
• Have built a customer advocacy, reference or community programme from scratch.
• Bring a network of venues, agencies and partners in Berlin and across DACH.
• Have experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation) and measuring marketing’s impact on revenue.
• Have a portfolio of events, campaigns or customer stories you’ve owned.

At Beam, we're building an environment where ambitious people can do their best work, with clarity, purpose, and room to grow. We're thoughtful about what we build, how we work, and who we hire. The problems we're solving are real. The systems we're building are complex. And the people here care deeply — about craft, about speed, and about doing work that actually matters. You won't find rigid hierarchies or endless process here. You'll find high trust, high standards, and a team driven by curiosity, ownership, and long-term thinking.

Our culture is shaped by our values in action:

• AI-native thinking — Every teammate thinks in agentic workflows, uses AI tools daily, and looks for leverage through automation. AI isn't just what we build, it's how we operate.
• Customer obsession — We build with urgency and empathy, speak to customers early and often, and measure success through their outcomes.
• Speed as a habit — We ship fast, learn faster, and prioritise unblocking over perfection. We favour small experiments with tight feedback loops.
• Leverage-focused execution — We hire high-impact players, invest in the 20% that drives 80% of results, and value candid feedback.
• Highly aligned, loosely coupled — We align on outcomes, not tasks. You'll work independently, but never in isolation.
• Data-driven, human-guided — We seek clarity over comfort, speak up early, and use feedback to grow together.

If this sounds like the kind of work you want to do and the kind of team you want to grow with, we'd love to hear from you.
