Business Development Representative… at Be School Inc. · New York

Break Into Tech Sales — No Experience Needed

If you’ve been trying to get your foot in the door but keep hearing “you need experience first”… this is for you.

We’re hiring driven, curious individuals ready to start a career in tech sales as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Whether you’re coming from retail, teaching, hospitality, admin, or something completely different—what matters most is your mindset, not your resume.

You don't pay us. We pay you.

SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives. Free sales training, a 90-day paid Residency at $2,500/month plus 100% commission, then transfer to a partner company's payroll at $65,000 - $95,000 with full benefits.

No tuition. No loans. No deferred-income agreement. We're paid out of the hiring budget the partner was already going to spend — which is why this costs you nothing.

Cohorts begin every week and are limited to 25 Residents. Apply early to be considered for the next available start date.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Learning how to communicate value—not just pitch
• Booking meetings for senior sales reps
• Using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and SalesLoft
• Building confidence in conversations, objection handling, and problem-solving

What You’ll Gain:

• Real, in-demand sales experience from day one
• Ongoing coaching and support (not just a one-week onboarding)
• A clear path into long-term roles in tech
• Exposure to fast-growing companies and real sales environments

Who This Is For:

• You’re early in your career or making a career switch
• You’re coachable, resilient, and willing to learn
• You don’t need a “perfect background”—you just need to be motivated
• You want a role where effort actually translates into growth and opportunity

If you’re tired of being overlooked because you don’t have traditional experience, this is your chance to change that.

Compensation at Each Stage

• Days 1–10 — Free sales training. No tuition, no fee, no debt. Live, instructor-led training on Zoom, Monday through Thursday, 6–9 pm (ET or PT).
• Days 11–100 — Paid Residency. $2,500/month base + 100% of the commissions you earn. You'll be a W-2 employee of SV Academy, embedded at a partner company.
• Day 100 onward — Transfer to the partner's payroll. $65,000 - $95,000 in total annual compensation (base + commission). Full health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits begin the day you transfer.
