Pastry Cook - Daily Worker at BATIQA Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

Prepare, bake, and present a wide variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts according to standard recipes and quality.

Daily mise en place and production for restaurant, banquet, and room service.

Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation in accordance with hygiene standards (HACCP).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen area and equipment.

Assist in inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimizing waste.

Create and develop new pastry ideas when required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in related industry.

Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Hospitality / Pastry & Bakery is preferred.

Passionate in pastry, creative, and has good knowledge of baking techniques.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail.Well-groomed, disciplined, and a good team player.

Willing to work as Daily Worker (DW) and on shifting schedule, weekends, and public holidays.

Available to join immediately is an advantage.
