Minimum required experience 5 years. Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Demonstrates high ethical standards. Able to communicate effectively both written and verbal. Able to prioritize and delegate. Clinically competent and able to step in to emergency or relief situations. Graduate of Registered Nurse program with an active Florida RN license required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Certification in area of practice preferred. Life Support Certificate (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS) as per department standard. BLS required.
