WHAT MAKES BAIN A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the #1 ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have maintained a spot in the top four on Glassdoor’s list since its founding in 2009. You’ll work closely with our Senior Recruiting Specialist in Copenhagen and collaborate with colleagues across both recruiting and consulting teams. In this role, you’ll have an active role in our recruitment processes and employer branding activities in Copenhagen, helping us deliver a smooth and high-quality experience for candidates from their first interaction with Bain through to joining.

You’ll work alongside colleagues who are invested in helping you develop.
What we offer
If this sounds like you, please send us your resume, transcripts, and cover letter explaining why you’re interested in this role. We’re looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible, so we’ll conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
