AI Coach & Sales Closer (GTM) at Awaz.ai in Remote

About the Role

CloseGen is a US-based AI product company that installs working AI systems for small business owners. We are hiring a remote Sales + Webinar Presenter / Coach + GTM lead: a creative, content-minded closer who builds and hosts live webinars, explains AI tools in plain English, demonstrates real working apps, coaches buyers through their first wins, and runs go-to-market experiments to find what gets small business owners to buy. You are the face of our webinars, the person who closes the deals they create, and the engine behind the content and experiments that fill them. Every session should leave the audience smarter and ready to buy.

Location: 100% remote. US business hours overlap required for live sessions.
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) contract to start, with a path to a longer-term role.

What You'll Do

Webinars (the core)

• Plan, host, and deliver live webinars from start to finish: structure, slides, demo, script, live Q&A, and chat.
• Teach AI in plain language. No buzzwords, no hype. If a plumber or a dentist can’t follow along, it doesn’t go out.
• Run live demos of working apps so attendees watch the product solve a real problem instead of reading about it on a slide.
• Tie every feature to a business result: more appointments booked, fewer leads lost, hours back every week.
• Present the AI implementation programs at the end of each session, and when it fits, move attendees who want hands-on support into the higher-ticket Done With You package.

Content and GTM experiments

• Own everything that surrounds a webinar: registration pages, email sequences, short clips, social posts, and ad creative that bring people in and get them to show up.
• Run new GTM experiments each month: fresh hooks, audiences, offers, landing pages, formats, and follow-up flows. Form a hypothesis, launch quickly, check the data, double down on what works.
• Measure the whole funnel: registrations, attendance rate, watch time, Starter Kit purchases, and upsell rate. Report what changed and why.
• Lean on AI tools for speed: scripts, copy, clip editing, demo apps, creative, and automating the repetitive bits.
• Shape evergreen recordings into a funnel that keeps converting without a live event.

Sales and coaching

• Sell on stage and off it: present the done-for-you programs live, then follow up with the people who didn’t buy via email, DM, or a quick call.
• Hold discovery and sales calls with attendees who want to go further, and close them into the Done With You package.
• Guide Starter Kit customers through their first install in group calls or short office hours, so they see results early and become natural upsell and referral candidates.
• Keep the CRM clean: log every lead, follow up on schedule, and share conversion by source every week.
• Bring what you learn on calls back to the webinars and experiments: actual objections, actual use cases, the words.

What We're Looking For

Must have

• Proven sales ability: you’ve sold a product or service directly, ideally to small business owners, and have the numbers to back it. You can lead a discovery call, work through objections, and close.
• Basic AI building skills: you can assemble a simple working app or automation using ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar, and explain how it works.
• Strong on-camera presence: relaxed, natural, and easy for a non-technical viewer to follow.
• Live webinar hosting experience: running the show, handling chat and Q&A, keeping the energy high, staying calm when tech misbehaves, with recordings you can point to.
• Coaching skills: patient with beginners, able to take a non-technical person to a working result in a single session.
• Content creation experience: video tutorials, recorded webinars, online courses, short-form clips, or landing-page and email copy, with examples to share.
• A creative, test-and-learn mindset: you come up with angles, hooks, and formats, try them fast, and let the data decide.
• Real GTM experience: you’ve run campaigns, funnels, or launches and can read a funnel from sign-up to sale.
• AI in your daily workflow: writing, editing, design, video, research, automation — you’re faster because of it.
• A solid remote setup: good camera, mic, lighting, and a stable connection.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to or working alongside small business owners.
• Comfort with webinar and funnel tools like Zoom, StreamYard, WebinarJam, Demio, GoHighLevel, or similar.
• Basic video editing and design skills (CapCut, Descript, Canva, or AI equivalents).
• Webinars, content, or campaigns you’ve run that produced sales, with numbers.
