Roofing Technician | $16–$30/hr | Benefits +… at Avoda Roofing · Rome

Join the mission to restore the American way of life!

Avoda Roofing is hiring Roofing Technicians to join our growing team in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

We are looking for hardworking, dependable people who want more than another job. We want people who want to master a skilled trade, increase their earning potential, take on responsibility, and build a career capable of supporting themselves and their families.

We believe the skilled trades should still provide a path toward supporting a household, owning a home, raising a family, and achieving the American Dream through honest work.

Entry-level and experienced applicants are welcome. Previous roofing experience is not required for entry-level positions. If you have the character, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we are willing to train you.

Experienced roofers and tradesmen are also encouraged to apply, with compensation based on demonstrated ability.

Our Mission

“We exist to build a culture where men can maximize their God-given purpose of ‘Avoda’—work. Through integrity, craftsmanship, and hard work, we provide homeowners with long-lasting roofs that protect their families and communities for generations.”

Avoda isn't just a roofing company. Our mission is to help restore trust, honor, and professionalism in the trades.

Our Vision

“To redefine the roofing industry by setting a new standard of integrity, excellence, and American craftsmanship—proving that hard work, honesty, and skilled trades are still the backbone of this country.”

This is bigger than roofing. We are building a company that creates a lasting legacy for our customers, employees, families, and communities.

Pay & Advancement

• Increased hourly compensation
