Physical Therapist (PT) at AvaMed Workforce in Tulare, CA

AvaMed Workforce is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs healthcare professionals throughout all of California. At the moment we are in need of a Physical Therapist to take on a Full-Time assignment at a medical facility located in Tulare, CA. This is a full-time assignment.

Position Details: 40 Hours per week Location: Tulare, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Rate: $80/hr 1099 (Travel/W2 rate available)Weekly Pay

Job Description:

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their condition and establish treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient needs, and physician recommendations.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to provide therapeutic interventions for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.
