Duties

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and shipment of products
• Manage inventory levels using inventory management systems to maintain accurate records
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to shipments and inventory status
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and improve overall efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards
• Support the implementation of logistics strategies to streamline supply chain processes

Experience

• Prior experience or familiarity with logistics management and inventory control is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
• Experience with inventory management systems is advantageous
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for effective coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders
