- Tracking open actions and ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completed
- Supporting client review requests and referrals where required
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within an insurance brokerage, financial services business or regulated environment. This experience is important due to the level of insurer correspondence, compliance documentation and case management involved in the position.
You should also have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to manage a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- A professional and confident telephone and email manner
- Strong communication skills when dealing with clients, insurers and third parties
- A proactive approach to following up outstanding actions
- The ability to work independently without requiring constant supervision
