Edwards Evolve China – Global Engineering Graduate Programme

Start your engineering career with global impact.

Starting in July 2027, the Edwards Evolve Global Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme designed to accelerate the development of future engineering talent. Based from our Qingdao office, you will gain meaningful experience across engineering disciplines, work on projects that matter, and build the skills, confidence and global mindset to grow your career in a truly international organisation.

At Edwards, our technologies support some of the world’s most advanced and fast-moving industries. You will join a business where curiosity, ownership and collaboration are encouraged, where your ideas can contribute to solutions that help shape a better tomorrow.

Build your career in China. Expand your perspective internationally.

This programme is designed for graduates who are excited by mobility, growth and challenge. During your rotations, you will gain broad exposure across our China organisation and may be required to travel or work with teams in different Edwards locations in China, depending on business and development needs. At the beginning of your second year, you will also undertake a six-month international assignment, giving you first-hand experience of living and working in another country, collaborating across cultures, and building a global professional network.

This international experience is a core part of the programme. It will broaden your perspective, strengthen your adaptability, and help you understand how a global organisation operates across regions, customers and technologies.
