Production Worker is needed to join its manufacturing facility on a permanent, full-time basis working day shift. On $60,000 per year, this is a hands-on role where you'll be central to the production line, ensuring products are manufactured, packaged, and dispatched to the highest standards.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and production lines safely, mixing raw materials to strict formulas and specifications
- Package finished goods, apply labelling, and prepare pallets for dispatch, with quality checks built into every step
- Previous experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, construction products
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Physically capable of heavy lifting (25 kg+), bending, and standing for extended periods
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a willingness to wear PPE and follow strict protocols
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and report issues promptly
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a dependable attitude
