A Career That Combines Purpose, Learning, and Growth!

If you enjoy working with children and want to explore opportunities in behavioral health, Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center may be the right place for you. Join our team of Behavioral Interventionists and gain hands-on experience providing individualized ABA services while collaborating with clinical professionals dedicated to supporting children and families.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives.

Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.

ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone. Each session is an opportunity to help a child build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent at home and in the community.
