Venue Technology Assistant | Highmark Stadium Location: Orchard Park, NY THE ROLE We are looking for a Venue Technology Assistant tojoinourteam at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Venue Tech Assistant, you will providetimelyandprofessional ITsupportfor food and beverage and retail systems for Highmark Stadium.If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment! ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS Install,maintain, and troubleshootpoint of salesystems, including terminals, receipt printers, scanners, and payment devices Replace defective hardwareas needed Conduct stadium walk-throughsto ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues for wired and wireless devices Practice safe work habits, follow all safetypolicies and proceduresand regulations, complete company-wide safetytrainingand anyadditionaljob specific safety training Completeother duties as assignedby management QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
